Head of Finance (Lahore)

Descon Required Head of Finance,
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)and leads the financial performance within the business areas, ensuring the necessary financial service and resources to achieve the current and future business objectives.
The position is responsible for project financial planning and reporting for various business areas of Descon Engineering Ltd. It is also responsible for internal control and risk management.
Responsibilities also include the implementation, management and control of all finance and accounts related activities, in the different business areas, through the company's laid down financial policies and procedures. this includes all accounting operations for the business areas.
The position also provide strategic support to the CFO pertaining to project financial monitoring and cost control of all the business areas.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
CA/CPA/ICMA/ACCA/MBA(Finance), having a minimum of 15-20 years work experience in senior financial roles and should have worked as a CFO or head of Finance, for at least 3 years, in a reputable organization.
Proven leadership traits along with strong decision making skills.
Robust analytical ability along with good communication & interpersonal Skills.
