The position is responsible for providing overall direction for tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions for the organization. key activities include managing entire F & A function of the compay, preparation and reviewing business strategies on finance acquistion, investment, deployment and recovery, conducting financial feasibility of projects; restructuring of debt and investment policies; redesiging the current MIS systems; preparation annual budget within the limitts of international accounting standards and top management instructions with the objective to ensure that the company's financial are met as efficiently and effectively as possible and to contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Job Specification :
Education : ACA/ACMA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience : For Masters Degree holder 12-15 years, for others 10-12 years is required preferably in Oild & Gas projects.
Age: 50 Years (Maximum)
Knowledge, Skills & abilities: Expertise of Financial Management, Management Accounting, costing, budgeting, MIS, Corpoorate and Rax Laws, Financial restructuring, Negociations, legal and regulatory issues, must have expertise in banking industry of financing negotitation, arrangement of syndicate/sonsortium financing, due didligence up to the transaction close of the large scale financing, planning , budgeting, forecasting, fund management, financial analysis & modeling, public private sector financing arrangemnt & coordination, exposure to raising external commercial borrowing and knowledge of FEMA, previouse expericne in Middle east will be an added advantage.
